We all have our moments in life where we feel we can't go on. Whether it be something personal, work related, or something else. These challenges thrown at us, only make us stronger. Its better to face the problem. I'm sure you have family and loved ones who care about you. Please talk to someone and you might feel better. Suicide is not the answer. Good luck!

don't have a go at Martin for feeling this way as it is easy to feel this way with what is thrown at you. He needs someone who cares. Just one person can make a differnce in a persons life and makes you feel that you are worth it. That person needs to continue to say that they care and if you hear it often enough then you start to feel that you aren't a waste of space. We all need at least one person to keep in contact with through tough times and show they care. Someone who will call up once a day or every couple of days to see how things are. So Martin if you have at least one person who says they care listen to them and run with it. I just wish I did.

My Dear Martin,

Gandhi once said a man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he become. Your poison is your thoughts. You beating the shit out of yourself.First go easy on yourself. Forgive yourself. There isnt a crime in this world that others have done and forgive themselves that you can do and cant forgive yourself. You may be in deep shit but let me tell there are others in deeper shit than you and yet they get out of their beds every morning determined to fix their lives. I think you are in wrong company. People who arent taking care of your needs. No problem. You've got you to look after your need. The rest of the world can go to hell, but you need to look after yourself. The world doesnt respect a man who cant respect his own wants and needs and fulfill them first. There isnt any problem in the world that cant be fixed or escaped with a change of job, city or attitude. It doesnt take much to turn your life around and be happy in small stuff. Have faith in yourself and others too. Talk to people and tell them your problems. Maybe out of 10 people, only 1 may help but then you only need help once for fix a problem. Good Luck, mate

P.S.- Grow a pair
