Every time I'm not revising for my exams I just feel so much guilt and uneasiness. I am always studying, though, but even when I'm having a break for whatever reason. For resting, going out or whatever,I just feel terrible. Any tips to help me deal with this? Thanks!

When you do sit down for a break try not to think of anything work related at all. Think of the relaxation you are experiencing and tell yourself you deserve it. Also, instead of thinking of all you could be doing, think of everything you just accomplished and how much further you are than when you started. This will make you feel proud instead of guilty. If this doesn't work I suggest meditation. If you are open to the idea, meditation can be used to completely relax and clear your body and mind. I hope I helped you. Good luck :) [ AliO22's advice column | Ask AliO22 A Question ]
