More like legal advice
I posted this picture of this girl with "semen" on her face on twitter to get her to contact me so I could find out if she was still doing things with my babys father because she kept ignoring me and no one would tell me the truth. She called me begged me to take it down and pretty much acted like we were cool and friends not actually hating eachother.
a couple of weeks later her friend is blasting me on facebook about the situation and my babys father threatened to post the pic again and she deleted everything and messaged us apologizing. that incident upset me but I let it go.
Then my friend ends up seeing her at school and feels she is mean mugging her (looking at her weird) and she said i saw your friend J today mean mugging
I replied you should of pulled the pic out on that ass or something to that effect and then I was like na but why didnt you text me this? were supposed to be cool but she be trippin.
I honestly knew she tweet watched me and she would be reading but didn't mention it
next thing I know she is texting my phone all crazy talking about fighting and she can talk to me however she wants cause i'm disrespecting her
and i tell her she is talking to the wrong person
and she misintrepted it saying oh i'm so scared of you
I was basically being nice and she was being really rude I left that conversation feeling really played and tried so the next day I reposted the picture
Now I am 19 years old and she text me saying come meet me somewhere so i can whoop your has
I already told her there was no reason to fight and I wasn't going to
I left the pics up next day her mom is calling my babys fathers mom and their both upset
his mom is telling me I need to take it down it isn't god like, all of this stuff and that her mom wants to contact my parents
I feel my parents have nothing to do with this so I want her mom to know she can talk to me
she tells me this is grown folks business I need to take it down there will be legal ramifications not letting me speak thinking she knows me saying i'm 18 but I not an adult.
I'm definitely 19.
Long story short I don't want to take it down, can I be sued? The picture is not a nude it is only of her face with white stuff on it she is smiling I found it in my babys fathers phone and sent it to my phone and my friends. And do you think I should take it down or not?

I'm not a legal expert, but I'm pretty sure you can get into serious trouble for posting that. It's embarrassing, and not nice, and she can claim damages.
And why would you do something so stupid anyway? Do you seriously need to know WHETHER to should take the picture down?! Of course you should! You already have a child - you shouldn't behave like one. It's not a good example to set.
Take the picture down, apologize, make peace with this girl, and live an easy a life as possible.
