How do you get rid of your period for a night?
I've seen other people suggest they take a birth control pill. I took one like an hour ago but does that really work? How long does it take?

okay i'm the one who asked the question sorry if i wasn't clear but i'm already on birth control, but this is the week of the non-active sugar pill. anyway i took one at like 5:30pm and i guess it worked after a couple hours because my periods gone! yay!

taking a birth control pill for the first time won't make your period go away for the night. you have to be on birth control and your body has to adjust to the pill. however, some types you still get a heavy flow so it really depends. however, theres no way to get rid of it for the night.
