I've seen other people suggest they take a birth control pill. I took one like an hour ago but does that really work? How long does it take? _(link)

okay i'm the one who asked the question sorry if i wasn't clear but i'm already on birth control, but this is the week of the non-active sugar pill. anyway i took one at like 5:30pm and i guess it worked after a couple hours because my periods gone! yay!
