Phone Webcamming App

So my bf moved to another state and we want to be able to webcam to each other through our phones but we have no idea what we are doing I guess. We tried skype and it's really stupid but maybe we are doing it wrong. We both have android phones. What are some apps that we can use to achieve this?

PS. IP Webcam doesn't work either.

Um, you guys should try using your emails! They have apps out there, where you can video chat and stuff with other people. The only ones I know of are gmail and yahoo. The apps for them are compatible with android phones too! Good luck!
