All a sudden only some of my contacts are listed twice at their header. Ex.. mom or mom, Rachel or Rachel, mark or mark and some are only listed one time. I use att galaxy s3.. I think I've been hacked by my wife. Can someone please tell me why names would be listed twice and have or between them? Is she spying on me? Thank u kindly..

I had to get my phone replaced a while ago, so I backed up my address book to my memory card. When I restored it on my replacement phone, it turned out I also had att address book backup software enabled. So the sim card contacts, memory card backup, and att backup, didn't properly merge, and I ended up with some contacts listed twice (and some others with the same number listed multiple times in their contact.) It most definitely doesn't seem like spying, it takes effort to duplicate contacts, and if it was your wife, it wouldn't be mom or mark being duplicated, but only rachel and other female names. Most likely just some sort of glitch. If you are really worried, try taking it to an att store and have them fix it for you. [ russianspy1234's advice column | Ask russianspy1234 A Question ]
