Well I used to be a gymnast and it takes a lot of hard work, practice and effort to do this beautiful exercise. So start practicing with someone's help so you can start lifting your body with less effort and so as to get you body used to the movement,'cause otherwise you might get injured.Once your back gets more flexible and stronger you'll be able to do it.It's very important that you be patient and that you practice a lot.Your body needs to get used to every new movement you want it to make just like the back walkover for example.Hope it helps:)
Hi there!hope you get this!you might want to check out this little girl who is great on youtube! Her name's 'Erifilly'she gives a tutorial on front walkovers!Trust me,you'll learn a lot:)
