what do you mean exfoliate? for shaving down there?

Meaning to clean it thoroughly. Like you would your face. Exfoliate to remove dead skin as well to help open pores to clean them out. This will help prevent if not all at least some to most of the ingrowns you encounter due to shaving. Before and after shaving, thoroughly clean the area. Even after it's been shaved, be sure to thoroughly clean the area shaved to help reduce/prevent ingrowns.
