can we wear pad when in Wild Wild Wet i got my period on Monday and on Friday i will go to wild wild wet.i was worried about it if i could go wearing a pad while swimming?
I am not going to recommend using a tampon either as the same thing could very well happen to a tampon as a pad. It could become soggy and uncomfortable [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]
JustJessOx answered Thursday June 21 2012, 11:38 am: Hey there, Generally speaking a pad is not suitable for swiming. This is because the pads absorbancy will become saturated with the water, and therefore you could leak. So its not ideal. To avoid a potentially embarrassing situation I would advise you to wear a tampon. If you are new to tampons buy ones with applicators and remember to relax while inserting. However if you got your period monday it should be nearly gone by friday depending on how long you usually last. So you might not have to worry. Good luck.
