Hey girlie,

Well you're going to have to do tons of stretches like, the butterfly, lunges, etc. I know you don't want to do anything that hurts, but you're going to have to. After you've finished stretching, try to do the splits and see if you're able to go any further. If you are, then great!! But if you stay the same then you need to try going down a bit further, despite the fact that it hurts. It'll take awhile before you can fully do the splits, but in a matter of time you'll be able to do it. Just stretch and force yourself to go down further each day.

Stretch and make it an everyday routine and you will see results! I used to want to be more flexible also and this worke for me. Go on YouTube and look it up and there will be quite a few helpful videos on there.

You can't become flexible over night. It takes time and a lot of stretching. There's a site that may be of some help to you.
