Vegetarian Foods

So I am a vegetarian 15f and I have been one for awhile but I need to know what foods besides eggs and nuts are high in iron and protein?

Your best bet is to talk to your doctor. I was a vegetarian for a while and speaking with my doctor helped me tremendously. Otherwise, like the person below said, spinach is great. So are raisons. Another option is to check for cereals that are high in iron. That was something that helped me. Another thing my doctor had me do was start taking a daily multivitamin that contained the daily amount of iron I needed.

It's your lucky day! I am also a 15 year female that happens to be a vegetarian.

Spinach is high in protein, most vegetables are. Like leafy greens. Peanutbutter, of course nuts, eggs, beans are a good one too.

I would just say try a variety of different vegetables. Basically all of them are rich in iron and protein. And you can look for online recipes that combine a bunch of them together.

There are also soy chunks and tofu which are like meat chunks, only for vegetarians. You can add them to almost any dish and they provide protein. And don't worry, it tastes good.
