Without surgery or weight gain I don't believe you can make your breasts bigger. But you can wear a push up bra or a bra with extra padding in it to make your breasts appear bigger :)

well, i can't tell you how to physically make your breasts bigger without surgery, but I can tell you how to make them appear bigger. Wear two bras, sounds uncomfortable but it's not that bad. It's better to have two different sized bras, because then you would wear the smaller one under the bigger one. It works really well.
