my sister and i got into this huge argument and i am 23 years old but i am M r. and she beat my head in to the floor until she made my nose all bloody and some of my teeth fall out and my back hurts and it's been almost a week since it happened is it to late to press charges for assault since they say my mind is like an 11 year old would they put charges on her for child abuse? If I go to the hospitable for my back would they automatically call the police since i am Mr.?

Well if you go to the hospital something could happen because having the mind of a 11 year old being 23 would make it seem like your disable. No they wouldn't automatically call the police unless you requested or they thought the damage of your back was serious.

Child abuse NO because you are an adult but ASSAULT you better believe it. It doesn't matter intellectually if you are 11 and physically 23. The law is the law. If she left you blooded and with teeth missing tell an adult you trust and have her charged.
Although this happened a week ago no limitations have/will pass soon. You can have her charged right now, tomorrow, this week but shouldn't wait to do this. The quicker the better.
If you were under 18 the hospital would call in the police but because you're 23 if you didn't tell the hospital how the injuries happened and that she assaulted you police wouldn't be involved. You should go to the hospital have them see the injuries and ask to speak to an officer about who inflicted it.
