tone tummy

I would like exercises that can help me tone my tummy.... i do aerobics once a week... but need exercises to tone the tummy

Okay, so as you may know, exercises that can tone you stomach are basically ab exercises. Some of the most basic ones are sit ups/curl ups. There are many variations but this website ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) shows and explains how to do different types of sit ups and other exercises (use the previous and next buttons in the top right hand corner of the page to go back and forth between different types of exercises).
