In this instance unless you are practically doing this 24/7 never do anything else and are consumed with doing it you don't have an issue.
Relax, do it if you feel comfortable or don't if you don't. It's fine as your partner is away and you need a little relief. You can't harm yourself in any way nor ruin anything with him. There should be no guilt and judging from the question perhaps you feel guilty.
You shouldn't. The thing is he's probably missing you and doing the same exact thing as you have been and frequency for either instance doesn't matter if it's once, twice, three times a day as long as you lead a normal day and existence outside of this and you do.
