I agree with JustJessOx. If you have already gotten your period and not seen a gynecologist I suggest you have mom schedule an appointment for you. Now that you are getting your period regularly you should add a gynecological visit to your yearly physical. Do not worry your GYN can examine you without rupturing your Hymen as your Hymen has a hole in it to allow the menstrual blood out. This yearly visit is very important for young women to have regardless if the are sexually active or not.

Once the doctor finds out finds out if this discharge requires some type of medication or if it can be corrected then the doctor can help you decide what to do to make you feel cleaner. Actually mom can help you as well.

This discharge is not something sexual and is something you can and should be discussing with mom so she can see that it is properly taken care of. I am guessing that part of the cause is the new hormones now coursing through you and may eventually clear up on its own. Still you need to make that first gynecological visit if you have not had on.

To feel cleaner and to keep from staining you panties and outer clothing you could wear something like a 'LiteDays Pantie liner". This will help keep your clothing from staining and offer some deodorant as well.

Hey there,
Okay don't worry this is completely normal! It's called discharge. Have you started your period yet?
Discharge is usually your bodies way of getting ready for your period.
If you have already gotten your period it's still pretty normal also. Some women produce a lot of discharge some next to none.
If you're concerned perhaps a visit to your doctor could help you feel more at ease?
Is it a thick consistency? does it smell funny? If so this could be an indication of an underlying infection and you should see your doctor. Usually it's completely fine though!
So try not to worry.
Good luck hope this helps
