This is THE most unsafe way to have sex. You're pretty much asking to get pregnant. If you are uncomfortable with condoms there are plenty of other contraceptive methods such as the pill. Like the last answer said you're playing with fire.

In short it ain't. Precum contains enough sperm millions to be exact to make you pregnant. If having unprotected sex make sure he's disease free and you are on birth-control or you are playing with fire.
