I am sorry to put you on the spot like this but of late I'm starting to feel really depressed and don't know what to do...

Aymy answered Sunday April 1 2012, 12:54 pm: Feeling depressed is normal sometimes.I think everyone passes through a phase where they don't know how they feel and don't done what to do about the way they feel,they just aren't happy and they don't know why.All you have to do is look at life in a positive perspective and avoid the things that stress you out.Like for me,I put my speakers on,and go jogging and put all of my troubles aside.Just know that there are so many things in life to be happy about.You have family,friends,and health.That by itself should put a smile on your face and give you the strength to get up and start your motivational day full of new surprises waiting for you to discover them.
Set new goals for youself,visit new places,make plans with the people you love,avoid the people that make you happy,try something new,sign up for activities,make a movie night with you friends,get a makeover,go to the mall,anything that puts your frown upside down.:)xx
