How do I make my stoumach look flat,without having 2 pull it in?

( By the way this dosent work for everybody including me) From clothes shops have tights that have an extra few inches that go over your tummy thats even tighter designed to hold in your tummy. I hope this helped!

In order to have a flat stomach,you have to exersise.you can't hide your tummy fat if you have them.You can make them go away by doing pushups and crunches,and having a fit and healthy body.Also,in order to have a flat stomach,watch your calorie intake and drink lots and lots and LOTS of water,its the most important thing.All of that might seem hard,but trust me in the end the results will be perfect ! :D
