Aymy answered Friday March 30 2012, 1:39 pm: In order to have a flat stomach,you have to exersise.you can't hide your tummy fat if you have them.You can make them go away by doing pushups and crunches,and having a fit and healthy body.Also,in order to have a flat stomach,watch your calorie intake and drink lots and lots and LOTS of water,its the most important thing.All of that might seem hard,but trust me in the end the results will be perfect ! :D
