You are probably pretty close to having anorexia disorder. I can almost guarantee to you that what you're doing is not necessary. If food grosses you out, and that is why you are choosing to starve yourself then i recommend you find foods that you like, and eat those. There are PLENTY of foods to choose from, and that is a very important thing. If you think you're fat, and that is why you are afraid of gaining weight and you count your calories, then that may be necessary, but not to a huge extent. Most people now a days (especially girls, because i'm assume you're female) think that they are fat when they're not. because that is how things are being perceived lately and people are comparing themselves to others, and to what they see in magazines, on tv etc. But i am sure you are beautiful just the way you are and doing this to yourself is not at all necessary. If you are overweight, or unsatisfied with your weight then you should loose weight by exercising and watching what you eat. Eating healthy is a big factor of doing so, and exercise plays a big role too, but that means you can't be starving yourself you do have to eat in order to be healthy because food is a NEED.
I really hope i may have helped somewhat, If you have any other questions, or anything feel free to message me because i'd love to help. Maybe think about talking to your doctor about this also.

My wife and I have a friend who's daughter was anorexic. The illness killed her. She was a Porrima Ballerina with a New Your Ballet Company. She knew she was anorexic and she did try to fight it but it was to little to late. Watching her die was a horrible thing to watch. Here was this pretty young girl, 21 years of age, who weighed less than most middle schoolers.
If you are anorexic or even think you are seek help now for what you have to look forward to is both painful and humiliating. Your body will do everything it can to save itself. To do so means it will start shutting down. First you will have Kidney problems followed by Kidney failure. Then liver problems, followed by breathing and heart problems. By this time you will be in the hospital most likely on life support with the end very near. Your parents will be in tears but you won't hear them because you'll be in a comma.
Yes, I mean to scare you this is a horrible eating disorder for which vanity is the cause. The models you see in magazines are all suffering in different ways and take all types of drugs legal and illegal to get through the photo sessions. You don't want or need to look like them. It is a false image.
