I'm 11 years old and I want to lose weight BADLY. I think i'm really fat and I want yo lose weight. Any advice on losing weight? Please help as soon as you can!
First off, I want to say that starving yourself, binging, or throwing up after you eat (which are common eating disorders) are NOT the answer to solve your problem. All they will do is destroy you body.
I too struggle with extra fat that I don't want. I try to eat healthier and include vitamins, fruits, and veggies in at least one meal per day. Avoid junk foods and eat fruits or a granola bar for a snack instead. *A little tip, it is better for your body to eat more meals with a smaller portion than it is to eat 1 huge meal per day, so keep this in mind.*
The other thing you need to do is exercise. Try to create an exercise plan where you do various exercises for all parts of the body, to balance it all. For example, you could do 15 minutes of cardio and then a few sets of abdominal workouts and push ups (you can research the specifics online). If you don't have time to exercise, there are plenty of easy mini exercises you could do while doing other things (it's very hard to describe these; if you want more information on them, just send me a message and I'll go more in depth). Exercise is important for your body for very many reasons (I won't go too in depth) and it is recommended that you exercise for about 30 minutes a day.
I hope this helped and good luck with losing that weight! :) [ mannequin24's advice column | Ask mannequin24 A Question ]
