Is talking about virginity and losing it cheating?
is talking to another female about her virginity and losing it to another person but u dont go out with that someone but your girlfriend says that is cheating. Do u consider that cheating?

Talking about sex and having sex are two different things. Talking but not doing is not cheating. You can even lust for someone but until you actually have sex it is not cheating.
Former President Carter once said openly he had lust in his heart. This from a sitting President. He never acted upon his lust as he very much loves his wife. Even though he may have lust in his heart he has never cheated.

Talking about sex with any other female isn't something anyone should to while in a relationship if you can openly talk about sex with someone else what else might you do.
