this one is really simple ask your best friend to exercise as much as possible and you just give a damn to other people what they say pretend as if you have never heard it how about listen to music with the ear phones on or you can to guardian counselor.

People will always have something to bash others about, You could be skin and bones and they will still have something mean to say.

The best thing you can do is to be there and support her. Let her know if she needs to vent you will lend an ear. Remind her that the only fools are the ones that make fun of her. People who bully others generally have insecurity issues of their own and are unhappy about themselves. It's true...

Sometimes the worst revenge you can give is to laugh it off and walk away, When you give a reaction to someone you are feeding them what they want. The best way to solve it is to ignore it

If the bullying gets out of hand then I would recommend talking to someone. Mom, Dad, or a school guidance counselor.
