So first of all I have a phobia of throwing up and what started this was that a few years ago I drank too much soda and was throwing up all night. Every since then I have refused to sit on the couch the I spilled on and I have been scared to sleep in my bed. My mom wakes me up every morning because I am immune to my alarm clock and I wake up by being yelled at like this morning. She said she might a well take my bed out of my room but I am scared to tell her why I don't sleep in it. How can I overcome this? It also could be helpful it you could tell me how to wake up with an alarm because in a couple of years I will have to get up before my mom.... Thanks! :D

I had one that didn't work at all switched to my phone that worked for a while. now it doesn't.. I think over time you get used to the sound so it doesnt effect you the same.. as for can't sleep in your bed.. definetly talk to your mom about it.
