its about periods: i had sex and now my date is delayed

i had sex..but it was not properly intercourse...and now there is a delay in my dates...so what should i do now

Take a pregnancy test. Not just once, but maybe twice or three times. TO double check because sometimes people don't double check. If you are definitely not pregnant, don't be surprised. Sex will throw off your period a little bit. Just wait for your next period which unfortunately you may never know what it comes and monitor it like normal. And every time it seems late just check.
