White stuff in the back of my throat
In the back of my throat I always notice like white things in their. I always push them out with my finger. (if I can get it out) and they smell disgusting. Idk what it is and it's so annoying. I take care of my teeth so idk why I have this or what it is...help?

I have had this also. my doctor said that partly digested food can get stuck back there. also it could be tonsil stones. it sounds bad but it really isn't a big deal.it comes with tonsillitis.

I get those too.
What i do is i get a cutip and scrape it off with that. You can try gurgling some mouthwash or baking soda and water. But if you do it with your hands make sure they're clean. But yes, don't worry about them. Its nothing really. But if they're there for awhile you might wana get that checked out you know.

I'm not completely sure what they are but most everyone gets them. My brother and I call them Poop Seeds. You have nothing to worry about. But I would do something about it if there were a LOT of them. Talk to your doctor for peace of mind if you like. :)
