I am a health freak so I may be able to help you on this one.
First of all your diet is very importent with this process, this will keep your metabolism high and your body looking young and alive. You will also feel great. Skipping meals is unacceptable a it actually can cause you to gain weight. Don't starve yourself to look better, that will make you look worse. And when your an old lady, all of the models that starved themselves will have wrinkles and bad skin if they arent already dead.
Next, this needs to go further than just eating right. Medetation and accupressure will help with very many things. Medetation will balance you and keep you whole and happy. Doing this for about 30 minutes a day is good. I know it sounds boring and it will be for a while but as you go along, if you stay commited to it, you will start to look forward to it everyday. yogajournal.com has great poses and types of medatation.
Accupressure has many uses. I use it when I am sick, stressed, need to make better decisions, pretty much anything. There isn't any one good website for accupressure but look it up on google and read about it, it's a great thing!
Lastly, exercising for at least 1 hour a day is great. You may not have time for this but at least do 30 min. Exercise also includes having fun and enjoying yourself sometimes. I'm not saying go to night clubs because that would be horrible. If you were to do this, then just once a month. But don't smoke and avoid any alcohol.

If you are ever having hard times staying on track, there is accupressure for making good decisions. This point is the dip that forms right next to your ear when you open your mouth. You aren't supposed to use this very often. Also there is medatation for making good decisions or clearing your mind. This is all on yogajournal.com
I hope you succeed in your journey to looking good! Good Luck! :D

Option 1: Get the model's personal info. Hire an assassin. Ask body to be delivered. :|

Option 2: Photoshop. :))

Option 3: Set a healthy sleeping and eating schedule. This will stabilize your metabolism. Getting it going would help your body use up all those calories. Always eat breakfast and have at least 3 meals a day. Skipping meals messes up your metabolism. Makes you gain weight faster because it becomes slower. Lots of physical activity speeds it up. So if you're not into those boring exercises, learn a new dance or take up a sport. Though shopping also entails a lot of walking and is great fun too. ;)
