Can't sleep at night!!! :/

Well I can't ever get to sleep at night. I lay awake till about 2 or 3 in the morning and have to get up and 6.. I am exhausted when i get to school and all i want to do is sleep... Any advice as to how to go to sleep and STAY asleep without using medicines.!?

Try to wind down about 30 minutes before you go to sleep. Basically, no electronics and only do stuff that could calm you down like reading. Also, don;t stress yourself out. I found that I sleep better when I worry less. I hope this helped :)

I find it easier no tv no radio. the room be completely dark. cell phone shut off. you can also try to meditate clear your mind before you go to sleep.
