Ok I'm only 17...
Okay my bf birthday is coming up. and there is something on my mind.We do have sex a lot. But I was thinking that maybe in till I'm 18 to(he's 17 right now)we should not do have sex. But I don't know how to tell him this. Because we can only do it in his car and if a cop was to see us they might let us go with a talking to because we were both "kids" and under age. But I don't know what they would do him being 18 and all. And I won't be 18 till May. I don't want to get him trouble or anything.I know he's not even thinking about this because he's not one to hold thing up inside. He would have already said something. I don't know if I'm being a worrier. Or if this is something to think about. And how do I tell him if it is? Help!

As long as you consent and don't plan on suing him, it's legal. You are well past the age of consent-- which is loosely defined to mean that you've hit puberty and you're not in elementary school, basically. So, if you were having sex in his car, the cop could only bust you two for public indecency. Which, you know, isn't ideal, but isn't as bad as charging your boyfriend for statutory rape. So, if car sex is your thing, by all means, go at it and enjoy!

Honeatly you should not be having sex in a car it should be an njoyable thing and not even done at this age wait till your 18 and can do it somewhere else but also your sex life is none of the cops business but make it romantic not in car. Just do it when the time is good
