my ipod is stuck on ok to disconnect

If KlutzKims advice does not work hold the on/off button down until you see the POWER OFF SLIDE COME ON. slide the switch to off. This will turn the IPOD totally off. Then wait a minute and push the on/off button and hold it down for a moment. The Ipod will power back up after it has reset itself.

IF it does not come right back on hold the on.off button down longer until it comes on.

Hold down your Play/Pause button until your iPod shuts off. Press any button to turn it back on and the screen should be back to normal.
