eBay

Question Posted Thursday January 19 2012, 6:10 am

Hi

I asked the question before regarding eBay.
I was just wondering if I could get some more advice. I did what you said and marked the items as sold but it still says payment pending. Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi there,

Don't mark them as sold... mark them as paid. ;-)

It is possible that because you didn't start with your paypal correctly linked, there may be some problem that eBay should help you look into.

I would use the help center to contact eBay, but before you do... make sure you read the nice guide that they have about how to sell on eBay. They have it pretty much step by step.

Regardless of what it says in your status... you have these people's money. You MUST ship their stuff. Figure all the rest of this out before you sell your next items, but these people need to be taken care of right now, or they can cause you problems which could effectively end your eBay selling career before it even gets really started.

Good luck, and if you sell any electronic goodies, or would like advice on your listing, then please send a link to your eBay profile, or list of items for sale, and I can help you further. In case of electronics, I may also be bidding on your stuff. :-)

Take care.
