Neck Pain/Tired during BJ

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 5 months now. We are so comfortable with each other when it comes to being sexual. He loves everything about me and I love everything about him. We've done just about everything, the only thing we haven't done is him eating me out because I'm not comfortable with that yet.
Anyways, I occasionally will give him a HJ. Some times it takes longer than other times for him to finish. Sometimes I'm thinking 'OMG will you finish already my hand is hurting!' My fiance is the same way. It just takes some guys longer to get off. Next time I would start with the BJ and finish with a handjob but let him finish in your mouth or on your breasts. (I know it sounds weird but he'll love it trust me). During handjobs I find it easiest to be sitting up against the headboard with a few pillows propping my back up. Then have him put his head at the end of the bed and lay next to you. You can also have him lay between your legs with your legs on top of his. Do it the other way around. Start out with an HJ, and then finish him with a BJ. Your neck will tire out a lot quicker than your hand will, and then you're splitting the workload.
