Whole wheat English muffin, Orange, Banana, Low fat yogurt with granola and cinnamon. (Cinnamon spice is known to help get a fuller feeling) Grapes, Special K cereal is good, Whole wheat bread. If you use peanut butter try to use the all natural brand.
Lunch
Salad ( Use low fat dressing and don't use too much) Chicken, Tuna, Fish (All high on fiber) You could grab whole wheat pita bread add in the chicken with lettuce and tomato if you like mayo use low fat or mustard may be even better. Apple, Orange.
Dinner
Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce, Stir fry (Veggies + Chicken) You could roast a chicken breast there are lots of ways to prepare it I'm sure you could find awesome recipes on google. Fish
