My advice is to schedule an appointment with your doctor to have this checked out. Most likely it is nothing very serious but it is worth having looked at by your doctor.
You have not given your age so I will ad this. If you are a teenager something such as this is always best to tell mom or dad about. Yes it is embarrassing if mom wants to look at you, remember these things if she does. Mom is built just like you are so she isn't going to see anything she hasn't seen before. She once changed your diapers so she has seen it all before and the most important thing I'm sure you may be worried about: She cannot tell from looking at you down there is if you are still a virgin or not.
Even if you have lost your Hyman it does not mean you are or are not a virgin. Loss of virginity means you have had sexual intercourse which is defined as penetration of the vagina by a penis. Not even a doctor can tell this except maybe in the case of rape an only if there is semen left behind and damage has been done to the interior of the vagina.
I have taken the time to tell you all this because if you are a female under 21 this is the number 1 reason girls will not go to their mothers when they have a medical problem that might involve mom asking to examine them. As I said embarrassing yes but there is not way mom can tell if you have lost your virginity. She may bluff you but you can hold your ground and she will have to take your word for it. orphans answered Wednesday December 7 2011, 8:39 am: This can be all sorts of things such as hemmeroids, a little tear, or something worse such as bowel cancer.
Chances are that it is an anal fissure:a tear or rip in the anus or skin, and it is common. This is usually accompanied by pain in the area, and is made worse by dehydration and hard stools. Hot baths, a high fibre diet, and stool softeners may help.
This condition usually heals with time, but may re-occur again, and there are products for it such a ointments etc.
But the best option is to see the doctor if you are worried about it: Like i said, it may be worse, and no-one can fully diagnose it over the internet.
