Question Posted Wednesday November 23 2011, 3:41 pm
This is just about a normal user on You tube, I tried posting a lyrics video in the past..and other one's and I always got the copyright infringement email so I got afraid and deleted them.
Now, I made this wonderful fan video that took me about a day and a half to finish since it was my first video...and once again the copyright infringement. I tried before to put the info about how I didn't own anything & the rules..doesn't work.. The email said "There is no action needed on your part-" etc.
So, do I HAVE to delete it?.. because it hasn't been deleted..and I see so many people with videos that haven't been taken down. What should I do? I really don't want it to be deleted..will I get sued or anything? Haha.. DX I'd like to know, thank you <3

Go to YouTube, find the video that is blocked. click, View Copyright info, then click "I want to learn more about the disputed process."
Then click "Take me to the dispute form"
Now checked "2.This video uses copyright material..."
