i am a 13 year old guy who is in love with his kinda close friend. I like her alot but i dont know how to tell her. what should i do?

Get to know her. Get close (not physically sorry awkward). Tell her you think she's beautiful or compliment her. See how she reacts. Take her out for dinner or to a movie together and if u want some friends to make it less awkward. she'll be falling for you. Then ask her out :)! If she says no move on
