Foreplay... i'm over it, there's no feeling at all.

The guy isn't making you orgasm during foreplay? You need to tell him to start treating you right and take you to orgasm before he asks for stimulation or sex. The rest should take care of itself after that.

It seems that you need constant stimulation to stay "in the moment". Perhaps you can find ways to mutually touch each other, so that there's no long-duration pause in the action for you.
