Well you have two options.
Go to the clinic Monday and if you are really worried ask them for the day after pill. I believe you have up to five days to take it. Or you could speak to your doctor about it at your appointment and tell her your concern. You tell your doctor its confidental and that way your mother is not involved. The dcotr is not allowed to tell your mother anything if its confidental. Maybe call the doctor's office ahead of time and see if you can speak to your doctor. Don't panic I'm sure its nothing but try either going to the clinic or talking to your doctor as soon as possible!

Lets take this one step at a time:

You are 15, by law, called HIPPA, which stands for Health Information Personal Privacy Act. You are afforded the right to see your doctor in private without you mother in attendance in the exam room. Your purpose in writing to us is just the reason Congress passed such a law.

Anything you tell the doctor, anything the doctor finds, or treats you for is confidential and cannot be told to anyone without your written permission. When you check in tell the receptionist or nurse that you want to see the doctor in private. The doctor or nurse will handle mom.

Today is Sunday, if you see the doctor on Monday you should be able to take the plan "B" pill and still have it be effective. ask the doctor. While your with the doctor you can also ask the doctor about birth control pills. One reason other than Birth Control for this medication is to regulate your period. Should mom find your pills or see the prescription that is what you tell her. You do not need mom or dads permission for this medication. Only a prescription from your doctor that he or she feel this medication is correct for you.

Condom usage: Your boyfriend needs to find the proper condoms to buy for himself so that you don't have to worry about leakage or breakage. He also needs to know how to properly wear one.

Condoms alone, even properly sized and worn correctly are only 85% effective in preventing pregnancy. Condoms and birth control pills have an almost 100% effect at preventing pregnancy. Something like 99.99% effective. Talk to your doctor about this as they will have all the right numbers.

As a responsible adult I would be remiss if I didn't add a short lecture about sex at your age. You are way to young to be having sex. Consider your reasons for writing us today. You have no idea what to do and you are probably scared. That in and of itself says you are not mentally, by maturity, prepared for adult sexual relationships. Your body is but by maturity standards you have some maturing left to do.

Then there is your boyfriend to consider. Having been a teenage male at some time in my life I can tell you with absolute certainty boys cannot keep from telling their friends they have had sex with someone. It is in their DNA. They will swear the other person to secrecy but before you know it your secret is out and you name is on a bathroom wall at school. You don't need that type of reputation. End of lecture.

So, see your doctor. Ask to the see the doctor in private, they have to honor your request. Tell the doctor what you have told us. You should not need a prescription for the plan "B" pill if the doctor suggests it. Get on birth control to regulate you period if fro no other reason. Consider backing off on your adult sexual activity.
