Go to the left hand corner ang scrool under Miscellaneous and click on report abuse. You will also have to know the bersons name like for instance mine is blr51697 and you would enter the name is and then type in why you are reporting them. If you don't know the name of the person go to there advice colum and copy and past there name into the big box.
