I have been working out a lot. about two hours a day and have been eating healthier but still indulging every now and then. What i really want to do is cleanse my colon. I don't want to feel bloated, or heavy. and i can't stand the fact that there is built up stool in my system that i can't get out myself. is there any RELIABLE and non scam thing i can do to cleanse my colon BESIDES laxatives with all those chemicals? or is that the only way to do it? I would like to kind of detox my system without paying more then 20 dollars. does drinking green tea help? can it be store bought regular green tea or does it have be from a certain place? can i use the 14 day acai berry cleanse? (from smoothie king, there is no credit cards or information exchanged so its no financial scam) what can i do for my body?
