You could try researching online what Marx thought, possibly use Wikipedia or Sparknotes as a starter. (Depending on your level of study, you might not be able to reference [letting tutors know where you found the information] any information you use from such sites, as some tutors don't consider them reliable.) See which theory interests you most; it might not be the amount of information you can find that is important, rather the amount of thought it inspires in you and learned critics; if you can find two critics who appear to disagree on Marx's theories, so much the better! Choose one and support or disagree.
Further information on Marx's theories might be found on Google books; although you probably won't get the full book, there might be enough available for your needs.
Good luck, let me know how you get on? [ Carriebeca's advice column | Ask Carriebeca A Question ]
