How long should I exercise a day to lose 10-15 pounds by october?

If you want to lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months, it is possible if you eat right and exercise daily. If you want to lose weight fast, Zumba, Winsor Pilates, and Insanity by Shaun T work great.
But if you want to go to the gym and do it the old fashioned way you should work out for at least a hour and 30 minutes. Hope this Helped :) Another thing that you can do is portion control, it works perfectly and you see results, if you combine these two things (Portion Control & Exercise) together you can probably lose more than 15 pounds. :-)
