Stubborn tummy fat and the POOCH

Question Posted Tuesday August 30 2011, 3:39 am

I've lost a lot of weight through healthy exercise and new food life style over the past year, my stomach has gone down dramatically along with the rest of me, but there is still this bit of jiggly fat at the lower bottom that doesn't seem to go away. Along with the pooch, chubby fat above vagina. What can I do? Am I doing something wrong? Not running enough, not lifting as much weights or doing enough sit ups? Help please and thank you.

The problem is that since you lost all of that weight, you need to tone your lower body and abs. The thing I recommend is Winsor Pilates it tones your body really fast, and on google videos you can watch it for free. You can also try more ab crunches, elevated sit-up, and torso twists to help with your tummy fat.
