I am looking into buying a dvd to help me lose weight asap. I am loking for something that doesnt cost a lot a friend said p90x is good but its pricey. Any ideas? anyone know about shakeology as well?

Winsor Pilates works great and you see results fast. And this is not pricey at all, no money invovled. Because you can watch for free on google videos. :-) Trust me this works.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, combined with a healthy high fiber lean protien diet, you'll lose 25 pounds in those 30 days. It's not that pricey at your local Walmart. Zumba, great for music and dance lovers. Works you out like a beast but feels like a walk in the park. It's so fun, but it is a bit pricey, however you could probably burn the videos on frostwire. But you know it's not right. (;
