Guys generally like a silly and flirty attitude. You don't need to act like a complete airhead, but it's like, just being funny and personal with them is good. Keep it light and fun. Talk to them about every day things... just be yourself. I usually tend to make guys laugh and go for the "friends first" approach.. but always leave them hanging a little. Don't be the one to text or IM them first, and don't wait around for them. Plus, the guy needs to have an attraction to you. That's just how it works. My boyfriend had an attraction to me, then our personalities just clicked. I left a little bit of mystery at first though, which made him chase after me. Good luck!
