Thanks, but for the advice but its to late. my bf forced me to have sex with him last week.i almost hate him.my mom took me to the hospital and they said there's a chance i might be pregnant.i'm so scared.i think i am pregnant, i just haven't been myself.i'm more tired then before and my period was very light.my bf is mad that he fucked me. what he does leave me. i'm super scared i can't have a baby at 12. what do i do?please help!!

It is not to late to file a rape charge. There is a five year statue of limitation on rape charges in most states. Meaning you have five years to file charges.
Did you call RAINN as I suggested? If not please do they can help you with this. Given that a week has. Gone by and some evidence may no longer be available the police will still investigate. If you have not washed your clothes, panties don't save them for the police.
I think your mom wants to save you the trauma of a trial. If your boyfriend is under 16 their is a good chance if he is charged he will be charged as a juvinile. Juvinile courts are different then adult courts in that his lawer will not be able to attach your credibility as he could in adult court. The judge won't allow it.
