i am 12 year old boy i have never hade sexual contact but i have a ich on my penis and sometimes a rash

Get it checked out by a doctor. It's not an STD, but it could be any number of easily-treatable skin rashes.

If you haven't had sexual contact with anyone than it definitely can't be an STD or STI. I recommend going to the doctors to get checked out because it could either be down to bad hygiene, or using the wrong kind of soaps etc. Or it could be male thrush so I recommend seeing a doctor to get properly diagnosed, hope this helps!!xx
