Your concern about your parents finding out can be put on hold for know as you, if you are over 14 can visit a free clinic or your doctor without parental permission or your parents being told of why you are seeing the doctor. You can have total confidentiality with your doctor during your visit, meaning your parents must wait in the waiting room and anything said or found during your visit is confidential between you and the doctor.
Depending on what the doctor finds will depend on what if anything needs to be told to your parents. If the problem can be treated with medications then most likely nothing need be said to your parents. If you need be tested or some type of surgical procedure is required where you will be under general anesthesia then your parents of course will have to know this. As to why you are under going such a procedure is something you and your doctor most likely will discuss before informing your parents.
There are some medical things you can just not hide from your parents. The law is designed to allow you to seek treatment for sexually related illnesses without parental consent or knowledge.
