A pearl necklace and earrings (get fake ones at Claires) and wear them with a polo (collar) top.
Take some old jeans and cut them to about your knee. Fold them up about twice and they'll look really cute.

A good idea instead of going to stores that are cheaper, you can always design and make your own clothes. For example take a sewing class, and buy a sewing machine, some fabric and you can stand out, make your own style, but if you don't like that idea. Some stores are alloy, bodycentral, H&M, Forever 21 (always have great sales), and sometimes Urban Outfitters. Hope this Helped :)
